September 2026¶
Explore the new resources available in September 2026. Learn how to publish a Next.js webapp, run scoring flows in parallel, and build an interactive terminal tool for your Dataiku instance.
This page highlights selected major additions to the Developer Guide and technical blog; routine updates, bug fixes, and minor improvements are not included. For product release notes, see our documentation.
Building a Dataiku terminal interface with Textual¶
Build an interactive terminal user interface (TUI) to browse your Dataiku code environments.
In this blog post, you will start with a Python command-line interface using Typer,
connect to your instance through the dataiku-api-client package,
and use Textual to display your code environments in a table you can navigate.
Follow the code examples to learn how to reuse API calls across your command-line and interactive interfaces,
and load data without blocking the interface.

Advanced setup: Next.js web application creation and publication¶
A new tutorial shows how to create a frontend-only Next.js application in Code Studio, preview changes, and publish a static build through NGINX. The Code Studio template tutorial now includes Next.js installation, port, and static-export settings alongside Angular, plus guidance on npm cache ownership to prevent permission errors.

Parallel multi-tenant scoring and running parallel flows from an Agent tool¶
Two new tutorials show how to run tenant scoring flows concurrently using temporary Dataiku Application instances, with isolated project variables and predictions retained in BigQuery after cleanup. Follow the API workflow or wrap it in a Custom Python Agent tool that returns per-tenant outcomes, with guidance on concurrency limits, access controls, and agent timeouts.
